Microwave
1.Remove label and place package directly into microwave. (Meals are self venting, do not puncture, cut, or remove film.)
2. Microwave for 1:30 to 2:00 minutes or until cooked through, microwave times vary. Instructions based on a 1200 watt microwave.
3. Carefully remove tray from microwave by its corners and let sit momentarily before opening.
USE CAUTION WHEN OPENING.
Package may produce HOT steam after heating.
Conventional Oven
1. Preheat oven to 350º F degrees.
2. Remove label and film from tray, remove and place food into oven safe container.
3. Heat 8-10 minutes.
Do not place package in oven.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Is this a frozen product or is it an RTE?
Even thought the product has been fully cooked, It is safer to heat the product until the internal temperature reaches 180°F for 2 minutes.
- What are the steps taken to ensure safety of Seafood meals?
Fusia products are fully cooked and skin packed and HPP’d (High pressure Pasteurized to insure the inhibiting pathogens such as Listeria, Salmonella, Vibrio vulnificus, NoroVirus HuNoVs. One bacteria is resistant to HPP is C Botulinum. All these viruses and bacteria are totally controlled if product is frozen.
- If your product is sold frozen, why do you use HPP?
We use HPP as an additional method of shelf extension in case the product is slacked out and sold refrigerated. This process will ensure the quality and the safety of the product.
- If we slack out the product, how much shelf life can we expect?
Our internal shelf life studies have yielded a 45 day expectations in the appropriate temperature required by the FDA. That temperature is 38°F
- Why does your package say cook instead of heat if your product is already cooked?
This is another way to make sure that the consumer is cooking the product thoroughly in case of temperature abuse in the store or distribution center. It is another fail-safe step to protect the consumer and the supply chain.
- What is a TTI and why do we need it and why is it so expensive?
A TTI is a Time and Temp Indicator. It is placed on each retail package. This is only provided if the store intends to sell the product slacked out or never frozen. This indicator will alert the consumer and the store personal in the temperature has been abused and renders the product not safe for consumption. The cost of these units are passed on directly without any mark up.
- Which items do you see selling better than others?
Blackened Salmon and Thai Salmon seem to grab more attention for healthy consumers, however the Stir Fried Chongqing style performs very well in the spicy category.
- What do you consider good movement and where would we display this product?
This product tends to do well in the Seafood frozen section as a dinner item. However, in the smaller more specialized stores we see stronger movement in the deli grab and go section. This tends to be more of a lunch or a TV dinner cliental.
